Jacqueline Clark

My ceramic work is influenced by the landscape in Cornwall, particularly the rock forms and strata found on the coast. I have recently developed large highly textured, laminated pieces each of which is individually built from local stoneware clay.

I also produce a range of earthenware thrown Jugs, bowls and mugs with copper decoration and porcelain necklaces.

I have recently completed a number of mural commissions in Cornwall, London, Edinburgh and Harrogate. For the ceramic mural at Devoran School I worked with all the children, the composition was influenced by and unveiled by John Dyer in September 2008.
